Your ordered items will be shipped as follows:
If payment is confirmed by the morning of the 12th (Friday), your order will be shipped on the 12th (Friday).
If payment is confirmed after the afternoon, your order will be shipped after the 17th (Wednesday).
*This schedule applies when stock is available.
* In the case of bank transfer, payment will be completed after the transfer is confirmed.

For inquiries, please see below:
Inquiries received by 4pm on the 12th (Fri) will be answered by the 12th.
Inquiries received after 4:00 p.m. will be answered in order starting from the 17th (Wednesday).
*If we need to confirm with the craftsman or artist, it may take some time.
