Please read the user guide and purchase each item that has been made with care.
Our store is a qualified invoice registered business.
It is possible to issue statements of delivery and receipts that are compatible with the invoice system.
About delivery and shipping charges
Click Post <br/>Shipping fee is 220 yen nationwide. (Free shipping for orders over 8,800 yen)
It will be delivered to the recipient's mailbox. Please note that it is not possible to specify a specific time or pick up your order in person.
We accept packages with a long side of 34cm or less, a short side of 25cm or less, and a thickness of 3cm or less.
*If you purchase multiple items and the items do not meet the Click Post standards, they will be delivered by courier. In that case, we will bear the additional shipping charges.
Delivery will be made by Japan Post or Sagawa Express.
Shipping fee: 600 yen (tax included) [Excluding Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa, and remote islands]. 720 yen (tax included) for Hokkaido and Kyushu, 1,500 yen (tax included) for Okinawa and remote islands
*Free shipping for orders totaling 8,800 yen or more [excluding Okinawa and remote islands]. Okinawa and remote islands: 1,200 yen (tax included)
*In the case of remote islands, charges may be calculated based on uniform conditions nationwide. We will send you an order confirmation email after making the corrections.
About shipping charges for multiple shipping addresses
We ask that you pay the shipping costs for each delivery destination. If the total order amount for each destination is 8,800 yen or more, shipping is free. If the amount is less than 8,800 yen, we will ask you to pay the shipping fee for each destination.
If you purchase a free shipping product and a paid shipping product together
In our store, there are some products that are shipped free of charge even if they are under 8,800 yen. If you purchase this item along with a product that requires shipping, shipping will be charged if the total amount is less than 8,800 yen. Thank you for your understanding.
If the item is in stock, it will normally be shipped within 1-2 days if payment is completed by 5pm*. If the item is out of stock, please wait until the next time it arrives.
If it is out of stock, it depends on the product, but please expect it to take approximately 2 to 4 weeks. For products that may take several months to arrive, we only sell items that are in stock. The delivery date may be extended due to the circumstances of the craftsman or artist (solo exhibition, etc.). In either case, we will notify you by email of the expected shipping date.
*In the case of cash on delivery, payment will be completed when the order is completed, and in the case of bank transfer, payment will be completed after the transfer is confirmed.
・Delivery is only available within Japan.
-Delivery may be delayed due to weather or road traffic conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
After the product has been shipped, if the shipping company's storage period has expired due to moving, refusal to receive the product, long-term absence, etc., and the product is treated as a return, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges at the time of shipment and the return shipping charges.
・For credit card payments: Shipping charges and return shipping charges will be charged.
・For bank transfer: Your refund will be deducted from the shipping fee, return shipping fee, and transfer fee.
・Cash on delivery: If you would like to place an order next time, please use bank transfer or credit card payment. In that case, we will add the shipping fee for the previous return and the return shipping fee.
*If you continue not to receive your items, we may refuse your future orders. Thank you for your understanding as each item is handmade.
Receipts and statements of delivery are usually not included.
If you would like a receipt, please enter it in the receipt field in the shopping cart. For the delivery note, please write only that you would like a delivery note in the notes section. A receipt and delivery note will be issued and delivered together with the product. If the address is different from the address of the orderer, we will mail it to the address of the orderer. We kindly ask for your understanding as we cannot accept requests for receipts or delivery notes after shipping has been completed.
*If you choose cash on delivery, the receipt issued by the delivery company will be your official receipt. Please note that it cannot be issued separately.

About returns and exchanges
Information regarding returns and exchanges.
*Our delivery is only within Japan. If shipping outside of Japan, please do so at your own risk. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for products shipped outside of Japan, whether due to an error on our part or due to the customer's convenience.
⚪︎Returns and exchanges for customer convenience If you wish to return or exchange an item, please be sure to contact our store via email or phone. We will inform you of the return address etc. If you wish to exchange the item, we will exchange it if it is in stock, but if it is out of stock, we will give you a full refund. *Shipping and return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. *If you choose cash-on-delivery payment and are unable to receive the item due to your absence, etc., and one week has passed since shipping, the courier will return the item to you. In that case, we may charge shipping and return shipping charges.
⚪︎Returns/exchanges due to our store's negligence or defective products<br/>After the customer returns the product, we will exchange it for a good product if it is in stock. If the item is out of stock, we will give you a full refund. (We will pay the return shipping fee)
⚪︎Return/Exchange Deadline <br/>Please contact us by email or phone within 5 days after receiving the product, and please return it within 5 days after contacting us.
⚪︎Return and exchange conditions <br/>Items must be unused. The orderer and recipient must be the same. There is no damage to the product itself, packaging, or accessories.
⚪︎Refund date <br/>For credit card payments, we will contact you after confirming with the payment agency. In the case of bank transfer or cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer after confirming the refund account.
