Today (April 11th), NHK's overseas broadcast
There was a special feature on Tanegashima and Yakushima on the NHK-world program "Cycle Around Japan."
The program will show footage of the work being done at Umeki Hontane Scissors Factory, which we carry in our store.

To watch, you will need a PC or other device with internet access.
You can watch it by accessing the NHK-world website.

Please take a look at the video to see how these traditional scissors are made.
I'm excited to see what kind of composition it will be.
