This ladle is made by Ichibishi Metals, a metal processing manufacturer located in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture, a city famous for its metal processing. It has been highly praised for its ease of scooping and pouring, as well as its hygienic nature.

The ladle is a basic cooking implement that has been thoroughly refined. After much deliberation and repeated trial and error, together with Ichibishi Metal, a designer, and a French chef, a never-before-seen ladle was born.

Rice ball-shaped plate surface

The bowl of the ladle is shaped like a rice ball and has a smooth curved surface, so the tip of the bowl fits perfectly against the edge of the bottom of the pot, making it easy to scoop.In addition, both ends are sharpened to fit around the corners of pots that are difficult to scoop from, so you can scoop without stress even in hard-to-reach places.
It fits to the bottom of the pot, making it easy to scoop out even the last bit of food.

pointed spouts on both ends

The pointed shape on both ends is not only for scooping but also for pouring. It flows smoothly over the surface of the plate, making it easy to pour without spilling. The symmetrical spout can be used by both left and right handed people, showing the attention to detail that went into the design.

Even more attention to detail

The thickness of the plate at the tip of the bowl and at the spouts on both ends is about half. By pressing it halfway, strength is ensured, and the ease of scooping and pouring (good drainage) is also improved. This unprecedented shape makes this ladle even more functional. Hygienic because there are no joints

It is made of seamless, one-piece 18-8 stainless steel, making it rust-resistant and dirt-resistant, making it very hygienic. Simply wash it thoroughly to keep it clean and ready to use.
