Ichibishi Metals ｜ Turner that is easy to scoop and return

This turner is made by Ichibishi Metals, a metal processing manufacturer located in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture, a city famous for metal processing. This professional-use spatula is highly functional and can be used for turning, frying, pressing, and pushing through with a single tool, but it has sharp edges on both ends and is large in size, making it difficult to use for general household purposes.

So, we came up with the "turner that's easy to scoop and turn" for general household use while maintaining the same functionality. This is a multi-purpose turner that can be used at home, created by a collaboration between Ichibishi Metals, a designer, and a French chef. You can turn, stir-fry, press, and push through with this one turner.

Easy to scoop

By making both ends rounded, it can be inserted without damaging the frying pan. In addition, by making the three sides of the turnout thinner, it can be inserted more smoothly and scooped from three directions.

Easy to return and use

Some people may find it a little small, but this just-right size makes it easy to handle in the frying pan and makes it easy to scoop and turn the food. It is a practical turner that can be used with small frying pans. The slightly short handle also makes it easy to use.

to press, to push

The strength is achieved by pressing the base deeply. This makes it possible to press and cut through ingredients. If the plate was made thicker to increase its strength, it would be heavy and difficult to use. However, Ichibishi Metal's processing technology allows us to increase the density and strength without increasing the weight. It is light yet strong, and this is made possible by our accumulated experience and technology.

No joints, so it's hygienic

It is made of 18-8 stainless steel and is seamlessly molded into one piece, so it is resistant to rust and dirt, making it very hygienic. Just wash it thoroughly and keep it clean at all times.

Easy to hold

The handle has a smooth curve, making it easy to hold. The handle has a hole so it can be hung on the wall.
