Mone Studio ｜ Pin mountain Pin bed

After working in mass production, I wanted to create something that left a mark of my own hands. Monet Studio was founded by graphic artist Yukiko Inoue. After that, product designer Masanori Inoue joined us. The three pillars of the school are the "studio" where things are made, the "terakoya" where crafts are made, and the "gallery" where the school exhibits its exhibits. We are active in spreading the joy of making things in various ways. "Majipin Bed" is a product produced from such a workshop.

All pincushions are handmade

The "Maji Pin Bed" pincushion is a product made by combining ceramics, felt, and pins, each made by a different person. Because each one is handmade, the patterns and shapes are slightly different, making it a unique product with a warmth. Even when not in use, this very cute pincushion can be enjoyed as a small object to display on a shelf.

A work that brings together individuality

Masanori Inoue makes ceramics at Seiken Workshop using plaster molds and hand paints each piece. Felt is made by a felt artist, and pins are made with glass beads and silk pins, so each product is made by artists in different fields. This is something only Mone Workshop can do.

The cute pincushion is available in two colors.

You can choose from two colors: white and black. It's just the right size for a pincushion, has a round shape, and the pattern is cute.

Delivered in a hand-wrapped box

The safety pin bed will be delivered in a hand-made box made by a long-established box maker in Kyoto.
