Kikka pots are vessels that have a warm, handmade feel. The rough shape is made using a tatara mill and then each petal is carved one by one to create soft lines. The simple, flower-shaped Kohiki tableware enhances the flavor of your food.

Expressive Kohiki Pottery

The iron dots on the surface and the small cracks in the stone give it a rich look. It also goes well with the creamy powder color that is unique to Suzuki Fumie. The burnt red soil peeking out from underneath the pottery is also an attractive feature.

If you are concerned about stains, soak the product thoroughly in water before using it for the first time. The grey spots will disappear once the fabric is fully absorbed.

To prevent stains, dip the container in water each time before use to allow it to absorb water thoroughly and then wipe it down before use.
