Just put the Iron Healthy Sea Bream in a kettle, boil water, and take out the Iron Healthy Sea Bream after about 10 minutes to make delicious boiled water. You can use it as is in miso soup, hot pot, or cooked rice without changing the taste or appearance, and you can increase your daily iron intake. Women who need iron in particular during their growth period and during pregnancy and lactation can supplement the iron they cannot get from food by using Iron Healthy Sea Bream.

By adding the healthy iron snapper to the bran bed, the eggplant can be pickled in a vibrant color without losing its color.
