Kitchen scissors that can be used for any food

Above all, it has a great sharpness. It can easily cut meat, seaweed, and green onions, as well as the hard shell of a crab. Because it is so sharp, it can cut ingredients without crushing them.
Kitchen scissors

Non-slip design

The blades are serrated to cut easily through fatty meat, hard foods like crab shells, and other slippery foods. This is the know-how of a scissors manufacturer that has been cultivating its skills for many years.
Kitchen scissors

Painstaking craftsmanship

The shaft (crimping) and blade (cutting the blade), which are the lifeblood of scissors, are carefully adjusted by skilled craftsmen one by one. In addition, by making the shape of the entrance to the cutting blade semi-round, dirt does not easily adhere to the blade, making it easier to clean.

Toribe Manufacturing In 1962, the previous president, Koji Toribe, established Toribe Seisakusho as a manufacturer of "cast iron cloth-cutting scissors," which were the mainstream at the time. After that, stainless steel materials started to become more widely used, and Toribe Seisakusho was one of the first in the industry to start manufacturing scissors using stainless steel. Since the founding, Toribe Seisakusho has continued to hone its unique technology and has been making products that meet the needs of the times based on the know-how it has cultivated over the years.
