● Before Purchase
・Even for the same product, each piece is handmade by the artist, so there may be individual differences in size, weight, color, unevenness, and shape.
Please enjoy these as unique characteristics of a one-of-a-kind product.
・Please use the listed sizes and weights as a guide.
We kindly ask for your understanding of the above points before making a purchase.

● Before Use
・This vessel can be used directly over a flame. When using it over a flame, please be careful as the vessel becomes very hot.
・If you cook strong-smelling foods like curry first, the residual odor may linger for a while. To reduce this, we recommend cooking less fragrant foods such as boiling milk or making porridge when first using it.

● Usage Precautions
・Direct flame OK, Microwave OK, Oven OK, Dishwasher NO, Dish dryer NO, IH heater NO
・For a period after initial use, the handle may occasionally move when the vessel becomes hot, but it will gradually become fixed. This is due to the heat-resistant and water-resistant putty used to protect the connection between the handle and the vessel. This putty is approved by the FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) for indirect food contact and is also used in cutting boards. To prevent scorching the handle, please ensure the flame does not extend beyond the bottom of the vessel.
・The handle uses water-resistant teak wood, so it can be used sufficiently even without coating. However, if you are concerned, applying vegetable oil or similar will make it more water-resistant and protect the product from stains. (Applying oil may darken the wood.)
・The wooden handle can also be washed with detergent.
・Do not leave it soaking in water.
