"Simple and enduring."

This motto is cherished at Katsufumi Baba Pottery Studio, and it perfectly matches their products.

Delicious freshly cooked rice

Katsufumi Baba Pottery Studio's "Rice Cooker Pot 2 Go White" utilizes the far-infrared effect unique to earthenware pots, allowing heat to slowly penetrate to the core of each grain of rice, resulting in fluffy and sweet rice. Each pot is lovingly handcrafted by Mr. Baba, making everyday meals more delicious than usual and creating a slightly luxurious experience.

The 2-go size is convenient for households of 2-3 people, and once cooked, it can be brought directly to the table. It can be served at the dining table while maintaining its temperature, allowing you to enjoy the deliciousness of freshly cooked rice. With its soft white texture that blends seamlessly with both Japanese and Western styles, it's perfect for daily use as well as entertaining. The thick earthenware pot effectively retains heat, making it resistant to cooling down, which is another appealing feature.

Maintains deliciousness even when cold or reheated

Rice cooked in an earthenware pot is characterized by its sweetness remaining even when cold, as heat slowly penetrates to the core of each grain. If you have leftover rice from breakfast, you can transfer it to a rice container and enjoy it for lunch. The grains of rice remain distinct and are less likely to become sticky over time, making it ideal for bento boxes. Additionally, since it's microwave-safe, you can put leftover rice directly into the microwave to reheat it.
"Far-infrared effect × gentle temperature changes × moisture regulation unique to earthenware pots" ensures deliciousness even when cold or reheated.

Basic rice cooking method

[1] Add rice and water (about 1:1.1-1.2 ratio), and wait a moment over low heat until the entire pot warms up.

[2] Turn the heat to high.

[3] Once boiling, reduce to very low heat for 5 minutes.

[4] Turn off the heat and let it steam on the trivet for 10 minutes.

[5] Gently mix from the bottom with a rice paddle, and it's done.

The far-infrared effect ensures delicious cooked rice.
Various cooking methods are also introduced online and in videos, so please find the method that suits you best.
