This is a bento box made by Isshoji Mage, which inherits the tradition of "magemono" (bent wood) that has 400 years of history in Sagara. The bent parts of the sides are made of cypress, which has excellent durability and moisture control, and the bottom and lid are made of cedar, which has excellent temperature and moisture control properties. Therefore, even if you put hot rice in it, it will absorb excess moisture and retain the right amount of moisture, so it will be fluffy and delicious even when it cools down.
